I get the meet me emails all the time and it says someone has clicked yes to meet you. I do have a tag account. Are these emails just spam or did someone really click yes to meet me?

In the past I let someone use my email as his alternate yahoo email address. Both are Yahoo emails. Now I’m getting all his spam and he refuses to remove my email from being listed as his alternate.
