File a complaint with cosumer agency in your state also file a complaint with the DMV. A representative of Honda just might be looking for you then. Had to do that with my Acura, They do not like the bad reports, they found the time then to talk to me..
    Good Luck

A sales rep won’t help you with a service problem. Try calling American Honda Motor Car Co. in your area and ask for an E-Mail address.

American Honda is located at 1919 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501. The president is **** Colliver.
You should call their consumer affairs hotline at 1-800-999-1009. Honda is a very customer-centric company and very responsive to customer calls without having to jump through hoops. If you haven’t gotten the corporate consumer affairs people involved, give them a try. I know they try hard to resolve every concern and you will definetely not be ‘brushed-off’.
    hope that helps

A search through the Honda website in your country of residence can provide you the local contact details. Normally, the local company representatives are the best guys to support your complaint.

Anyway, you can try this one in Japan head office. Although he might not be directly responsible for your market but if you word your problem in details with a request to be connected to the right person in your country, you might get a response. Hope it helps!
